"All Kinds of BBQ," is the third episode of the season 3 of Diners. This episode showcases the many different barbecue dishes available at various locations. It also includes information about Guy Fieri's culinary career and the history of Guy Fieri's food truck.

Guy Fieri's Diners and Drive Ins will take us to San Antonio's Smoke Shack Team, one of the South’s most popular barbecue spots. Chris Conger runs the restaurant. Chris was on our previous trip. His amazing barbecue is what makes him famous. His Big Dog sandwich features pulled pork, chopped beef brisket, slaw, feta cheese and two house-made sauces.

Big Pinks barbecue truck doesn't come with an engine but it does have better smokers. This truck has been sitting on Union Avenue in Bridgewater NJ for decades. This July, the truck will be featured on the Food Network show, which airs on July 29 at 9 p.m. Eating the Big Pinks BBQ sandwich is a unique experience. The eight-inch sausage is stuffed with different kinds of meat. The sausage comes with a variety toppings and an onion rings.

Guy Fieri's Restaurant Career

Guy Fieri was only 14 years old when he began selling soft pretzels. His father helped him build a three-wheeled bicycle cart, and he sold the snacks to make money for his foreign study trip. After graduating from the University of Nevada in 1990, Guy Fieri worked at various restaurants and eventually became a district manager at Louise's Trattoria in Las Vegas. He was also a dishwasher and a grocery seller.

Fieri, then a young man, began his restaurant career selling soft pretzels. Later he became a District Manager at Louise's Trattoria.
