Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you create them perfectly? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. So I wanted to share some tips and tricks so that you can make delicious, fluffy omelets every morn.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. It is best to use room-temperature eggs if you are going to cook them right away.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

If you add the egg directly onto the stovetop, you might end up burning the bottom part of the egg, which would ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.
